  • Yuki Ishida

    Yuki IshidaGroup CEO

    Yuki Ishida, as YCP Group's Chief Partner, is actively involved in managing the Group and oversees the Group's principal and fund investment activities, dispatching management resources, and structuring platforms to provide overseas expansion support to our clients.

    Prior to founding YCP Group, Yuki was at Goldman Sachs Japan, Asian Special Situations Group, managing investments into equity, real estate, corporate debt, and other asset classes while leading turnaround operations for clients. In 2011, Yuki founded Yamato Capital Partners, a core company in YCP Group. As the company has changed to a holdings company in 2013, Yuki was appointed as a managing director of YCP Holdings.

    Yuki received his B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Cornell University and earned his master's in Engineering from Tokyo University.

  • Naoki Arai

    Naoki AraiYCP Shanghai Managing Director

    Naoki Arai founded and manages the Shanghai office, and is in charge of investments and management services for retail, e-commerce and services industries in China.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Naoki served at the Japan Research Institute, where he sought to launch new businesses in environmental energy while supporting the launch of other businesses and government led policies. Since May 2009, He moved to Beijing, China and founded JRI's Beijing office, where he provided consulting services for Chinese municipal governments and offices. Naoki joined YCP Group in 2013.

    Naoki received his B.S. and master's in Engineering at Kyoto University.

  • Justin Leung

    Justin Leung

    Justin Leung is responsible for business growth and providing management services in Greater China. Justin has extensive experience in business development and managing large scale and complex transformation programs within financial services, government and across numerous other industries.

    Prior to joining YCP, Justin was involved in various startups and practice development in consulting and fintech. He co-led the business technology practice at Booz Allen Hamilton in Greater China, and worked for McKinsey, A.T. Kearney, KPMG, HP and Currently, he is also a board member and an independent non-executive director with a main board listed company in Hong Kong. Additionally, Justin is keen on giving back to society and has a strong passion in youth development. In light of that, he has been an alumni volunteer interviewer for Stanford University, mentor for Imperial College mentorship programme, and panelist for both The Avery Dennison Foundation Invent Scholarship and GE Foundation Tech Award.

    Justin received his BSc(Eng) degree from Imperial College London and MS degree from Stanford University.

  • Frances Tong

    Frances Tong

    Frances is actively involved in assisting companies in business development strategy and also managing their sales and marketing operations across the Asia Pacific region.

    For over a decade, Frances assisted a number of consumer brands to enter Asia, expand their sales distribution and set up their Asian headquarters. Before returning to Asia, Frances worked at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in the United States and provided financial and management consulting services to customers including major consumer brands and a number of B2B online platforms. Frances joined YCP Group in 2017.

    Frances received her B.S at University of California, Berkeley, Walter A. Haas School of Business.

  • Jay Jaeyoung Chun

    Jay Jaeyoung ChunYCP America Managing Director, US Regional Manager

    Jay Jaeyoung Chun, as YCP America Managing Director, founded YCP America and responsible for the Delivery Advisory in Management Services and Overseas Expansion Services over a variety of industries based in Greater New York Area.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Jay had work experience at Global Big 4 Business Consulting Firms such as Deloitte US & JP, PwC, where he was deeply involved in the Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, M&A(mainly PMI), B2B/B2C Go-To-Market Strategy, Channel Strategy, Operation Innovation(Procure, Production, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Services), Cross-boder Overseas Expansion Strategy, and Customer Experience(CRM) focusing on Hi-Technology, Auto, Pharmaceutical, and Retail Industries. His strength is the capability of leading large-scale project management using Diversity experienced in US, Europe, and Asia. Jay joined YCP Group in 2016.

    Jay earned his master's in Global Business/Marketing at Waseda Graduate School.

  • Satoshi Kuriga

    Satoshi Kuriga

    Satoshi Kuriga has been involved in various financial advisory services such as sell and buy-side advisory, M&A execution, PMI and worked on development of business strategies and new businesses. Satoshi is also in charge of deal sourcing and execution of YCP's investment activities.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Satoshi Kuriga was at Mizuho Securities, where he delivered many M&A execution for wide range of companies in steel, food and logistics companies. He also worked at Boston Consulting Group, where he provided various services such as business strategic planning, turnaround operations and PMI.

    Satoshi joined YCP Group in 2014.

    Satoshi received his LL.B from Hitotsubashi University.

  • Ken Or

    Ken Or

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Ken Or worked at Deloitte Consulting, where he was involved in business strategic planning and process re-engineering for financial institutions, retailing and betting clients across the globe. In addition, Ken was also part of the Deloitte Digital team, where he led customer relationship management systems implementations and digital marketing strategies development. Ken joined YCP Group in 2015.

    Ken received his B.Eng. and Master's in Systems Engineering from Imperial College London.

  • Jia Fan

    Jia Fan

    Jia Fan has been involved in mid-long term business strategy development and operation strategy development/execution support mainly in manufacturing and retail industries, and also worked on management and investment deal sourcing activities in China.

    Prior to joining YCP group, Jia worked at Denso where he was responsible for new customer development, business localization and marketing in Asia regions. Jia joined YCP Group in 2015.

    Jia Fan holds an MBA degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with concentration in marketing.

  • Ayumu Kobayashi

    Ayumu Kobayashi

    Ayumu Kobayashi joined YCP Group as his first career in 2015.

    Ayumu received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo and earned his M.Phil in Sociology at the University of Hong Kong.

  • Phyllis Lam

    Phyllis Lam

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Phyllis Lam started her career as a Management Associate at Citibank, where she was involved in strategic business development, client management and product compliance. She joined the APAC regional office, where she was responsible for various global restructuring projects. She played a key role in facilitating the credit re-engineering process in two pilot countries – Hong Kong and Singapore. Phyllis joined YCP in 2016.

    Phyllis received her Master in Entrepreneurship & Management from Imperial College London and Bachelor in Economic from University of College London.

  • Xiaotong Tang (Stella)

    Xiaotong Tang (Stella)

    Stella Tang joined YCP Group as her first career in 2016.

    She received her Bachelor of Economics degree from Donghua University in 2016, where she majored in Finance. She minored in law in East China University of Political Science and Law.

  • Xinyun Yang

    Xinyun Yang

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Xinyun Yang worked with KPMG Advisory, where she was actively involved in market entry strategy and due diligence projects in retail, food & beverage and financial industries. She has strong background in strategic planning and execution, business restructuring and new business development. Xinyun joined YCP in 2016.

    Xinyun received her B.A. in English Language and Literature and B.A. in Economics from Tsinghua University.

  • Kazuki Hisai

    Kazuki Hisai

    Kazuki Hisai provides management services for oversea expansions support, especially between Hong Kong and Japan. He also is involved in executing business due diligence.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Kazuki Hisai belonged to PwC where he was involved in cross-border business process reengineering, post merger integration, and ERP system integration, mainly for post-government run companies, covering the food & beverage and infrastructure industry.

    Kazuki joined YCP Group in 2017.

    Kazuki received his B.A. in law from Keio University

  • Dickson Lee

    Dickson Lee

    Dickson Lee joined YCP Group as his first career. Dickson received his B.Sc in Economics from the University of Warwick and his MSc in Business Management from the UCL School of Management.

    In addition to his academic experience, Dickson earned his academic scholarship to participate in the Tsinghua University SEM exchange program during his postgraduate study.

    Chloe Lam

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Chloe worked at PwC Consulting, where she was involved in strategic planning and execution, business transformation, organisation efficiency and turnaround. She also had experience in supporting global expansion plan for multinational firms and large-scale project management, where she played a key role in implementing various “go-to-market” strategies and initiatives. Her clients come from financial services, transportation & logistics, and retailing sectors across 10+ countries in Asia-Pacific region. Chloe joined YCP in 2018.

    Chloe received her Master in Philosophy and Public Policy from London School of Economics and Political Science and Bachelor in Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong.

  • Ryoji Miyazaki

    Ryoji Miyazaki

    Ryoji Miyazaki has engaged in strategy planning and execution projects in Shanghai.
    He supported Japanese clients over a variety of industries such as semiconductor / retail / service / IT / bank / entertainment in China merket entry / new business development / market research / value-up plannning / M&A target selection.

    Ryoji received his B.A. in Commerce from Waseda University.
