Daisuke Otobe is our Senior Advisor and the Founder of Coup Marketing Company, a company offering assistance on marketing practices and brand strategies to many large corporations in Japan. He started his career at Procter & Gamble. During his service, Daisuke worked with the US central headquarters in driving innovative projects. His expertise in marketing has led him to take on various eminent positions in large global conglomerates including Head of Marketing of Danone Japan, Vice President of Unilever Japan, Head of Global Product Marketing at Nissan and most recently Chief Marketing Officer at Shiseido Japan. He was awarded the “CMO Award” by CNet in 2016. He is also the author of 2 books - “Why Strategies Make a Difference” and “Marketing Professional’s Points of View”.
