Justin is a Non-Executive Director of YCP Group. He was formerly a Partner of YCP Hong Kong Limited and is now a Principal Lecturer at Hong Kong University. Justin currently sits on the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Centre Advisory Panel of Cyberport Hong Kong; serves as a Board Advisor for Association of Family Offices in Asia, and an Advisor of the Entrepreneurial Leaders Institute at Wycliffe Hall, University of Oxford.
Justin is experienced in corporate governance that he is also Board Member of Umeox Innovations Co., Ltd. and Hexon Green Capital Ltd. Previously, he was INED of Chong Kin Group, a mainboard listed company in Hong Kong and Director and Board Member of Tam Jai International Co., Ltd., one of the largest noodle chains in Hong Kong.
Justin brings with him more than 20 years of professional experience in management and strategy consulting having worked with a few global top consulting firms including McKinsey, A.T. Kearney and Booz Allen Hamilton. He had also previously served as Vice President of Chase.com at J.P. Morgan Chase, the Head of Greater China for C. Melchers and Regional Head of Asia for Maxwell Forest Inc.
Justin is keen on social responsibility where he served as pro-bono consultant for Habitat For Humanity; selection committee member for Avery Dennison Foundation Invent Scholarship; panelist for GE Foundation TECH Award; alumni Interviewer for Stanford University and mentor of Imperial College Mentorship Programme.
