    • Yuji Matsugano
    • YCP Japan Managing Director

    Yuji Matsugano has been involved in business strategy developments and management coaching service in various industries and is also in charge of management service deal sourcing activties in Japan.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Yuji worked at Oracle Corporation in the Asia-Pacific Marketing Division, where he was involved in several M&A deals and led the process of their PMIs. He also worked at ICMG,where he was in charge of various projects, corporate transformations, turnarounds and new business developments in various industries such as IT, Pharmaceuticals, Precision Machinery, Semiconductors and Building materials for more than 10 years. He was also the internal president of the company’s reorganization service in ICMG and a board member of IWNC Co., Ltd, its subsidiary.

    Yuji received his B.A. in Economics from Keio University

  • Nyudo Nobuiku

      Head of Financial Advisory Service

    Nobuiku Nyudo has been involved in management services such as M&A strategy planning, business DD, financial advisory and PMI (Post-Merger Integration). Nobuiku is also in charge of Group’s principal investment activities.

    Prior to joining YCP, Nobuiku was at INCJ (Innovation Network Corporation of Japan), where he focused on technology sector and was involved with investments in Japan Display and JOLED. At UBS, he was engaged in multiple M&A and financing transactions in auto, heavy industry and retail sectors as well as trading companies. At Toyota, he was involved with launch of global CMS and management supports to Keiretsu auto components manufacturers.

    Nobuiku received B.A. in Economics at Osaka University.

    • Yukio Nishiguchi
    • N&O Life Managing Director

    Yukio Nishiguchi has been engaged in marketing advisory, new business development, and operations restructuring for our portfolio companies and now, as CEO of YCP Product, is responsible for the management of natural & organic brands, such as mom & baby skin care products and natural jam/dip/dressing products.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Yukio worked at P&G, where he specialized in product development, marketing strategy, and promotion development for several brands. Not only has Yukio led strategic planning for existing brands, he also led the launch of new brands. After his career at P&G Japan, he joined a group company of Recruit Holdings Inc. as a founding member, where he supported new business development.

    Yukio received his B.S. and master’s in Engineering from Kyoto University.

  • Isshiki Junnosuke
    • Junnosuke Isshiki
    • Head of Marketing Advisory Service

    Junnosuke Isshiki has been taking a leading role in the entertainment industry, responsible for various financial, legal, and business operations while working on global and organizational strategic initiatives. Junnosuke is also responsible for launching new business models in medical/fashion/education industries.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Junnosuke was involved in product development, marketing strategy planning, promotion development and retail marketing for several hair care brands at P&G Japan. He subsequently worked in P&G Singapore for a global hair care brand.

    Junnosuke received his B.S. in Agriculture and master’s in Agricultural and Life Sciences from Tokyo University.

    • Shinya Watari
    • YCP Lifemate Managing Director

    Shinya Watari has been engaged in mid-long term business strategy development in various industries and now, as CEO of YCP Lifemate, is responsible for the management of our veterinary hospital group and the development and execution of new businesses related to the pet industry.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Shinya worked for the Boston Consulting Group, and was involved in corporate strategy planning, new business development, and global PMI mainly in healthcare practice.

    Shinya received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at University of Tokyo, and earned his master’s in comparative pathology from University of California, Davis.

  • Ono Takanori
    • Takanori Ono

    Takanori Ono has been involved in mid-long term business strategy development, growth strategy development, and business planning division support in electric and IT industries. He is also in charge of medical media start-up in YCP.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Takanori was at Cisco Systems, Inc., where he was involved in solving a network problem with its headquarters in the U.S., and provided engineering consulting services. In addition to his experience at Cisco Systems, Inc., he also worked at KPMG where he was involved in the planning of cyber security strategy, reforming system risk management, and supporting the decision making of a large-scale project for Japanese major financial institutions.

    Takanori received his B.S. in computer science and engineering from Waseda University.

  • Kataoka Nobutada
    • Nobutada Kataoka
    • Head of Global Market Research Service

    Nobutada Kataoka is responsible for expansion of Global Research Division.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Nobutada has involved in core system architecture project as a system engineer at Fuji Xerox. He co-founded Strategic Decision Initiative, Inc. (SDI) as a board member in 2002. Nobutada has extensive experience in research and consulting for overseas business development in various industries and countries. SDI became a Japanese corporate in 2007 to expand its business. It integrated with YCP Japan to pursue further business expansion in 2016.

    Nobutada received his B.A. in Commerce from Waseda University.

  • Tsutsumi Yuki
    • Yuki Tsutsumi

    Yuki Tsutsumi started his carrier in P&G as a marketer. He developed entire brand strategy, local promotion for Japan, Asia and Global male grooming products, changing location from Japan to Singapore and to Geneva. Yuki also worked for mid hire recruiting department in Recruit Holdings. He was responsible for rebranding activities as well as strategy development/execution of recruiting top engineer and new business department etc.

    Yuki received his B.S. in Psychology from Tokyo University.

  • Nagao Itaru

    • YCP Dining Global Managing Director

    Itaru Nagao founded the YCP Singapore office and is currently responsible for providing management services and new business development in Japan utilizing his rich business experience outside of Japan. Itaru also leads our F&B brands and business expansion across the entire Asia region.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Itaru worked at Goldman Sachs Japan, where he gained extensive experience with principal investments in golf courses, insurance companies, and apparel companies with the Asian Special Situations Group. After his career in Japan, Itaru moved to Goldman Sachs New York and headed the Japan Desk fixed income sales team, where he successfully doubled the firm’s market share.

    Itaru received his B.S. in Engineering from Tokyo University.

  • Amano Jun
    • Jun Amano

    Jun Amano has more than 14 years of brand management experience. Prior to joining YCP Group, Jun was with Dentsu, an international marketing and advertising agency, managing global branding strategy, marketing strategy, and new business field development for key strategic accounts in electronic and automotive industries. Jun was also a sports business expert and had involved in building IT solutions in sports entertainment field, TV/Internet broadcasting right sales, and sponsorship right sales. His experiences and expertise have brought him the opportunity to carry out businesses in more than 40 countries and regions.

    Jun received his BBA with Honors in Entrepreneurship Management at City University of New York, Baruch, Zicklin School of Business.

  • Yokoyama Hiroki
    • Hiroki Yokoyama

    Hiroki Yokoyama has led and provided hands-on support services in areas such as new business development, launch of new companies, support listing on exchanges, executing M&As, and PMI operations in the entertainment, food & beverages, merchandising, senior business and event planning industries as an executive officer. He is also in charge of YCP investment deal sourcing in Japan.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Hiroki was with Nippon Television Network (NTV). At NTV, Hiroki managed negotiations with over 200 clients as he worked with various advertisement agencies and clients of NTV, and was in charge of spot sales department.

    Hiroki received his B.A. in science and engineering from Waseda University.

  • Ito Monta
    • Monta Ito

    Monta Ito has been involved in debt restructuring, human resources reorganization, and strategic planning for the succession of investment deals, and later worked on numerous projects, varying from cost management to growth strategy planning. After his relocation to Bangkok, Monta has been offering hands-on consulting services to manufacturing companies and is responsible for new business development of Japan in-bound related services and a dessert brand in Bangkok.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Monta served at Accenture, where he made KPIs transparent on a global scale for a manufacturing company and downsized business costs through operational and organizational restructuring in telecommunication and financial industries. He took a major role in strategic planning and execution with his clients, demonstrating his leadership and involvement.

    Monta received his LL.B from Kyoto University.

  • Nishimura Tatsuichiro
    • Tatsuichiro Nishimura
    • SOMOS Managing Director

    Tatsuichiro Nishimura has been engaged in restructuring business management systems in the telecom industry and also worked on YCP’s education business expansion.

    Prior to joining YCP Japan, Tatsu was at METI (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry), where he specialized in energy policy and public finance. He supported Japanese firms for acquiring oil and gas upstream assets abroad and was responsible for negotiations with foreign governments and firms, as well as conducting due diligence when government support was provided (e.g. capital investment, loan guarantees) to such acquisitions. He was also involved in the development of new trade insurance products provided through NEXI.

    Tatsu holds an MBA degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he graduated with Honors in 2013.

  • Yanagida Keita
    • Keita Yanagida

    Keita Yanagida has been involved in hands-on management service for manufacturing / IT / consumer service industries regarding business strategy development / corporate plannning support / new business development / operation improvement, as well as M&A related service such as M&A strategy development / business due diligence / financial advisory. Keita also has been involved in YCP group proprietary investment activities.

    Prior to joining YCP, Keita was at JPMorgan, where he was involved in quantitative research analysis of equity derivatives in Tokyo and Hong Kong offices. Leveraging his financial engineering expertise, he was responsible for development of mark-to-market valuation modeling of derivative products, as well as development and execution of risk management strategies.

    Keita received his B.S and M.S in Engineering from Tokyo University.

  • Haku Masahiro
    • Masahiro Haku
    • F Treatment Managing Director

    Masahiro has been involved in growth strategy development, and new business development. He is also in charge of F Treatment management which includes launching and operating “不妊治療.net” which provides infertility treatment information.

    Prior to joining YCP Group in 2016, Masahiro Haku worked at A.T.Kearney, where he was involved in business strategic planning and execution for domestic and international clients. He also provided consulting services to various retail companies with business development. In addition to his experience at A.T.Kearney, Masahiro also worked at Suntory, where he engaged in sales and marketing of beverage.

    Masahiro received his B.S. in in Economics from Tokyo University.

  • Endo Kazuaki
    • Kazuaki Endo

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Kazuaki Endo was at Accenture, where he provided IT related consulting services, including introducing the ERP system, IT strategic planning, and IT outsourcing for a wide range of industries such as advanced technology, public services, and logistics.

    Kazuaki received his B.S. in Science and Technology at Keio University.

  • Nagoshi Manabu
    • Manabu Nagoshi

    Manabu has been engaged in a wide range of management consulting services, including support for management strategy planning, new business starting up, on-site implementation, recruitment and development of human resources as an advisor with a perspective and standing position from inside and outside of client companies.Especially he has a strong point in human resources development and business growth support that mixes consulting, coaching, training, based on his career.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Manabu Nagoshi worked at Boston Consulting Group, where he provided consulting services with corporate vision / strategy / marketing strategy planning, new business development, as well as execution support like operation optimization, procurement optimization to various retail, infrastructure, telecom, media companies. In addition, Manabu was the head of office for strategy planning and new business development at a start up company. Manabu also worked as an engineer at Honda R&D center, where he was involved in new technology development as a project reader.

    Manabu received his B.S. and master’s in Engineering from Tokyo University.

  • Miyoshi Ko
    • Ko Miyoshi

    Ko Miyoshi has been involved in business strategy development and execution support mainly in manufacturing and retail industries.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Ko worked for Mitsubishi Corporation, where he specialized in infrastructure development for public transporations, especially in the MENA region. He was responsible for negotiations with foreign governments and firms, as well as conducting due diligence and financial evaluation for the bidding processes. He also played a leading role in the execution stage for multiple projects.

    Ko holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School, where he graduated in 2017.

  • Sameshima Shinjiro
    • Shinjiro Sameshima

    Shinjiro Sameshima has been involved in management services such as M&A strategy planning, business DD, financial advisory and PMI (Post-Merger Integration).

    Prior to joining YCP, Shinjiro worked for UBS Investment Bank, where he involved in M&A and financing transactions in Technology and Real Estate industry.

    Shinjiro received his B.S. in Physics at Kyushu University and earned his Master’s in Physics from Tokyo Institute of Technology.

  • Fukuda Masahiro
    • Masahiro Fukuda

    Masahiro Fukuda has been involved in hands-on management service regarding business strategy development / corporate plannning function development / new business development / personnel system reform.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Masahiro worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting , where he engaged in consulting services such as strategic planning and execution relating to corporate restructuring, advisor support on business divestiture, global treasury management planning and business operation design.

    Masahiro received his B.A. in Economics from Keio University.

  • Ota Yuichi
    • Yuichi Ota

    Yuichi Ota has been involved in management service such as business development, M&A strategy planning, and organizational transformation.

    Prior to joining YCP Group, Yuichi Ota worked for Mitsubishi Electric Corporation and GE Healthcare Japan Corporation. Yuichi started his career as an engineer to develop semiconducting devices, electronic devices, medical devices and application in smarthphones. In GE, through EEDP (Edison Engineering Development Program), one of the leadership programs in GE, Yuichi experienced many business functions ranging from Engineering to Manufacturing, Marketing, and Services. In GE Healthcare, he was in charge of business development. After building up business strategy and product development, Yuichi organized the whole value chain of the business including Product Improvement, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Promotion, and Customer Support. Yuichi accomplished exit through selling out the business.

    Yuichi received his B.S. and Master degrees in Applied Physics from the University of Tokyo and joined GLP program in the University of Tokyo.
