Allen is our Partner based in Shanghai, China. He currently manages YCP Solidiance’s Distribution and Channel Management Practice around Asia. With over 10 years of experience in management consulting, Allen advises clients business growth strategies, operationalisation assessment as well as corporate resource allocation startegies to improve P&L. Prior to YCP Solidiance, Allen worked for a growth strategy advisory consulting firm. He also founded his own venture Xenyung Consulting, where he advised international clients on product launch and market entry strategies across China.
