Information We Collect
As a visitor, you do not have to submit any personal data and information in order to use the Sites. YCP Group only collects personal data from you when you request information from us and/or supply, information through the Sites, such as when you fill out an inquiry form, or opt in to receive emails from YCP Group, agree to participate in surveys, or apply for a role at YCP Group. Personal data we collect may include your name, e-mail address, title, occupation, company or university affiliation, industry, region/country, reason for contacting YCP Group, or any other background information provided with an application and any other information contained in messages you send us.
Use of Information
YCP Group will use your personal data to fulfil your requests for information, send you marketing communications, contacting you to receive feedback on these services and/or for other market or research purposes. If you have applied for a job at YCP, your data will be processed for the purposes of evaluating and processing your application and candidacy for the position to which you have applied. You do not have to provide us with any personal data. However, if you do not, we may be unable to handle your request or to provide you with the services you are requesting.
In some situations, collection of personal data may be required for the operation of the Sites, or we may use it in the course of our business activities. We may combine and or analyse personal data to evaluate, tailor and offer relevant content for a more personalised experience on the Sites.

YCP Group retains personal data, as necessary, for as long as needed to handle your request or for the duration of the relevant business relationship. If you have applied for a role with YCP, we will keep your personal data associated with your application for a period of up to five years. We may also retain personal data for longer than the duration of the business relationship should we need to retain it to protect ourselves against legal claims, use it for analysis or historical record-keeping, or comply with our information management policies and schedules including for purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.
Where granted by applicable law, you may be entitled to rights to request access to the personal data we have collected about you and information about how the data was used or disclosed. You have the right to request that we correct incorrect, inaccurate or out-of-date information about you. You may also have the right to request that we stop processing your information and/or withdraw your consent to such processing and to ask us to delete your information. If you request that we delete your personal data, YCP Group will make reasonable attempts to delete all instances of the information in their entirety.
