Partner
Brian brings 25 years of operational consulting experience across business development and operations in mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, and aerospace and defense. He has built strong client relationships and delivered complex projects on a global scale, with a consistent focus on sustainable change and high returns across the full mining and metals value chain. He was among the founding team of YCP Unison, established to bring subject matter expertise and technical improvement to the mining industry, and continues to lead engagements spanning the complete mining value chain.
