Meet Our Leadership Team

Kana is a partner based in Tokyo and serves as the head of the Sustainability Solutions Division. She provided sustainability advisory services at KPMG AZSA Sustainability, where she supported leading Japanese companies in manufacturing, finance, and infrastructure by identifying materiality and KPIs, developing sustainability policies, enhancing information disclosure, and improving ESG external evaluations. Subsequently, she led the formulation and execution of ESG strategies, including a decarbonization roadmap, at a U.S. industrial real estate company. She was involved in a wide range of practical activities, from operating the ESG committee to engaging in dialogues with investors and implementing social contribution programs. In 2024, she was appointed COO of Green Impact Labs, Inc.
