Leon Cheng is a Partner for YCP based in the US office and oversees our Biotech and Healthcare practice across North America and Asia. His consulting background includes providing International MNCs and MSEs with services related to strategy formulation, M&A, process improvement, implementation, and supply chain consulting services. Leon has served companies in trying to understand their expansion strategies across North America and emerging markets and has supported a variety of projects covering automobile, construction, building and industrial automation, animal health, healthcare, and biotech sectors across the region.
