Leon Cheng is a Partner for YCP based in the US office and the Head of our Mobility Practice. His consulting background includes providing International MNCs and MSEs with services related to strategy formulation, M&A, process improvement, implementation, and supply chain consulting services. Leon has served companies in trying to understand their expansion strategies across North America and emerging markets and has supported a variety of projects covering automobile, construction, building and industrial automation, animal health, healthcare, and biotech sectors across the region.
