Mauro is Partner at YCP Renoir's Operational Transformation Division, overseeing the firm’s management and growth across the region. He leads large-scale operational and performance transformation programs for clients across multiple industries.
Mauro has built his career driving operational transformation and value creation, partnering with senior executives on strategy execution, productivity enhancement, and turnaround initiatives. He has led engagements across infrastructure, energy and utilities, logistics, manufacturing, consumer goods, and healthcare, with experience spanning Latin America, the United States, and Europe.
