Max Ferrin is a Partner and at YCP Renoir, leading the firm’s global Digital Transformation Division. He developed and brought to market YCP Renoir’s Digital, Data, AI, and Banking Transformation offerings, overseeing engagements from business development through execution. He partners with executive teams to define digital strategies, shape transformation roadmaps, and deliver measurable results through strong governance, process re-engineering, and change management.
With over 20 years of experience, Max has led transformation programs across banking and insurance, investment holdings, property and construction, oil and gas, FMCG and manufacturing, automotive, infrastructure and logistics, energy and utilities, mining, and industrial sectors. He brings extensive international experience across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, China, and Japan.
