Minoru began his career as a researcher at RIKEN and later applied that background to deep-tech investing as a venture capitalist. He subsequently supported development of Impact Finance and led work to integrate sustainability strategy at financial institutions. He provides support from structuring IPO equity stories for private firms to crafting value creation stories for listed companies, and capital raising. By combining a scientific perspective, an investor mindset, and financial expertise, he partners with clients to pursue sustainable corporate value.
