Tom is a Partner at YCP Renoir's Operational Transformation Division, overseeing key accounts in the oil and gas sector across all global regions. He brings over 30 years of consulting experience, including two decades in Asia before relocating to Europe to become an expert in the oil and gas practice.
Throughout his career, Tom has worked across manufacturing, mining, healthcare, FMCG, financial services, telecoms, and aviation, holding roles as consultant, project manager, business analyst, and account leader. He specializes in supporting leadership teams within major and independent oil and gas companies on operating model transformation, implementation, change management, performance improvement, and process simplification, driving measurable gains in reliability and cost efficiency.

Graduated from the Royal Military Acedemy Sandhurst
Certified Agile Scrum Master
