APRIL 2025, Singapore—YCP is pleased to announce that it has successfully advised its client in the sale of Singapore-based Spectrum Audio Visual (SAV) Pte Ltd to Hibino Corporation, a leading audio-visual specialist based in Japan.  

Established in 1999, Spectrum is a company engaged in sales and installation of professional audio/visual equipment. Based in Singapore, the company has expanded its business to Malaysia and Sri Lanka, which is attracting attention as a growing market. The company provides comprehensive solutions ranging from design to installation, maintenance, and renewal of AV&IT systems for a wide range of markets, including corporations, educational institutions, medical facilities, entertainment facilities, and government and public institutions. Spectrum company recorded SGD 27 million in revenue for FY2024. 

Through this partnership, Hibino will be looking to build a foothold for developing the Southeast Asian market and establishing a sales and installation network that covers Japan, South Korea, Australia and Southeast Asia.
