Matthew Barca
Partner
Matthew has been in the implementation consulting industry for more than 18 years, holding various roles within engagements primarily in North America, Europe and Asia.
Matthew joined Renoir in 2010 after spending the early years of his career with a similar consulting firm. While with Renoir, Matthew has held positions in project delivery, as well as analysis. Currently serving as Partner Key Accounts in the region, Matthew works closely with C-Level clients to design and scope Operations Excellence and Transformation programs, as well as implementation roadmaps for Renoir’s engagements.
Prior to his role as Partner, Matthew led many successful implementation programs and delivered significant results for clients in many industries and countries around the world. Industries covered include Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction & Engineering, Telecom, Utilities, Heavy Maintenance, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Chemicals, FMCG Sales & Distribution, Tobacco Sales & Distribution, Financial Services, Medical Sales, Publishing, Food, Beverage & Hospitality and even Casino Gaming Operations.
