Daniel is a Partner at YCP Renoir, leading the firm’s global diagnostic, due diligence, and performance assessment capabilities. He brings over 20 years of international experience in business transformation, operational excellence, and large-scale change programs across asset-intensive and service industries.
Daniel has led more than 250 engagements across 35 countries, helping organizations identify performance gaps, quantify value potential, and translate diagnostic insights into actionable transformation programs. His expertise spans operations, maintenance, supply chain and logistics, sales, administration, and strategy execution. He has supported clients across sectors including oil and gas, energy and utilities, mining, construction, industrial manufacturing, transportation and logistics, chemicals, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, and agriculture. Daniel holds a degree in Electrical Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), Brazil, and has delivered programs across the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia.
