He specializes in strategy execution, operational excellence, and supply chain transformation.
Frederic has led organizations across automotive and aerospace, technical services, and healthcare sectors, and has delivered significant value in M&A transactions, turnarounds, post-merger integrations, exit strategies, and 100-day plans. He brings extensive experience in commercial and operational due diligence, and works effectively across multiple geographies through his strong multicultural and multilingual background.
