Keith is a Partner at YCP Renoir's Operational Transformation Division, bringing over 30 years of experience in operational transformation. He has led more than 150 large-scale transformation and technology-enabled improvement programs across six continents.
Keith specializes in operational improvement, digital and AI-enabled transformation, and performance management. He works closely with executive teams to deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes across complex, asset-intensive, and service environments.
