Masahiro is our partner based in Japan, and is engaged in hands-on consulting work on various themes such as mid-term management plan design, sales channel reorganization, upgrading of business management, organizational structure and HR system design, and business operation reform, with a focus on providing value-up support after PE fund investment. Prior to joining YCP Solidiance, he worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, where he was involved in organizational restructuring, M&A advisory, and treasury management consulting
