Swagata is a Partner based in the Bangalore office. He brings over 12 years of experience in Consulting and Technology, including a 9-year tenure at YCP India. At YCP India, he has guided large and mid-tier IT services and BPO organizations through strategic transformations, portfolio optimization, cost efficiencies, bid advisory, and business growth. He holds deep expertise in cybersecurity and AI, having architected GTM strategies, driven operational efficiency via AI implementations, and led large-scale change management programs to build institutional capabilities in these areas. Prior to YCP India, he held a Software Engineering role at Accenture.
