Tsukasa Sato
Partner
Tsukasa Sato has over 20 years of experience in consulting and 5 years of experience in business development. Alongside these roles, He has also 20 years of experience in talent development and organizational transformation. Currently, he focuses on launching new businesses and developing growth strategies based on future scenarios, as well as talent management for digital transformation (DX) professionals.
Prior to joining YCP, he served at Gemini Consulting (now Strategy &), GENEX Partners, Roland Berger, GLOBIS, and Rise Consulting Group.
