Vittorio is a Partner based in Singapore with over 25 years of experience in strategy, governance, and enterprise transformation across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the United States. He has led board- and cabinet-level engagements for publicly listed companies and governments, advising on governance structuring, strategy execution, and operating model design. His expertise spans pharmaceuticals, logistics, FMCG, and the public sector, with a consistent focus on translating strategic intent into measurable, sustainable outcomes.
Vittorio previously served as COO Asia at Aser Ventures, Venture Partner at Accion Capital, and Southeast Asia Managing Director at the Palladium Group. He holds an MBA from Texas State University and completed the Oxford Advanced Leadership and Management Programme at the University of Oxford.
