Meet Our Leadership Team

Yuichi is our Partner providing management consulting and M&A advisory across Japan, Greater China, and Southeast Asia. Expertise in business strategy, market entry, organizational optimization, DX, cost reduction, and ESG. He has led hands-on consulting projects in consumer goods and manufacturing, supporting new business development, revenue growth, SCM transformation, and ESG strategy execution. In M&A, he specializes in FA, DD, and PMI, managing cross-border deals and post-merger integration. After working in Tokyo and Shanghai, he now oversees the Vietnam office while supporting clients across the region. Before YCP, he led new business development and divestitures at GE Healthcare and was selected for GE’s leadership program (EEDP).
