September 28, 2026 — YCP Holdings (Global) Limited (“YCP”) is making a strategic investment in Acuvon Consulting (“Acuvon”), a management consulting firm with a strong presence in the Middle East. Under the investment, YCP will take a 50% stake in Acuvon, providing capital to support the firm’s continued growth and expansion.

The investment marks another step in YCP’s expansion of its Management Services business and geographic footprint. It will further strengthen YCP’s presence in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, while expanding its ability to support clients across the region and Asia.

The Middle East represents a significant long-term opportunity for management consulting, driven by economic diversification, large-scale transformation programs, and increasing demand for strategic, operational, and implementation support. Industry reports show that Saudi Arabia’s management consulting services market is projected to grow at a ~5.9% CAGR between 2026 and 2031, while the UAE market is projected to grow at a ~5.8% CAGR over the same period. For YCP, this represents a significant opportunity to tap into a rapidly growing market in a geopolitically important region.

Founded in 2019 following a carve-out from i3 Consulting, Acuvon is well positioned in this market. The majority of Acuvon’s business is generated from clients in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, supported by a delivery organization in India that combines local market understanding with a scalable delivery model. Acuvon’s implementation-led approach, anchored by its Transformation Office offering, helps clients translate strategic priorities into execution and measurable business outcomes.

The firm works with leading organizations across Retail and FMCG, Healthcare, Financial Services, Government and other sectors, with services spanning growth strategy, process transformation, performance management, operating model design, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.

The investment brings together Acuvon’s established client relationships, regional market expertise and implementation capabilities with YCP’s existing strategy, transformation and execution capabilities and broader international platform. It will enable YCP to deepen its relationships with clients in the region, expand the range of services it can offer across the Middle East, and create new opportunities for growth across the Middle East and Asia. For Acuvon, the investment provides capital and access to YCP’s broader capabilities and international network to accelerate its growth.

“Over the past several years, Acuvon has built a strong business in the Middle East, with deep relationships in Saudi Arabia and the UAE and a delivery model that combines local market understanding with the capabilities of our India team. We have always been focused on working alongside our clients to turn strategic priorities into tangible business outcomes. This investment by YCP marks an important next step in our growth journey. YCP’s scale, regional presence and breadth of capabilities provide an excellent platform for Acuvon to build on what we have created, while giving our clients and people access to a broader network and greater opportunities. We look forward to working closely with YCP to accelerate our growth and create greater value for our clients,” said Sandeep Uppal, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Acuvon Consulting.

“The Middle East represents a significant long-term opportunity for YCP, with the depth and scale of transformation underway across the region creating sustained demand for consulting and execution support. Acuvon’s strong client relationships and deep understanding of the Saudi and UAE markets are highly aligned with YCP’s existing capabilities and growth strategy, creating a significant opportunity to further strengthen our presence in this geopolitically important region. We have closely monitored the evolving geopolitical environment and its potential short-term impact on business activity, and have been deliberate about the timing of this investment. We believe we have reached the right moment to invest in Acuvon, balancing near-term uncertainties with the region’s significant long-term growth opportunity. We look forward to working closely with Sandeep and the Acuvon team to build on this opportunity together,” said Yuki Ishida, Director and Group CEO of YCP Holdings (Global) Limited.
